ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition that "The petitioner is order to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore along with two out of which one surety must be a blood relative and must produce title deed to show his means" 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein does not have any blood relation. The trial Court order dated 14.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3277 of 2025 has imposed the condition that one surety should be a blood surety. Hence, he seeks modification on the same.

3. Taking into account, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the said condition is modified as follows: "The petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on execution for bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore."
