No.3/133 (new), Old No.101, JJ Nagar, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Section 31 of SARFAESI Act.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. W.M.P.No.48932 of 2025 filed by the petitioners to permit them to join and file a single writ petition stands allowed, inasmuch as separate court fee has been paid. W.M.P.No.48936 of 2025 stands closed.
