ORDER
This writ petition is filed calling for records relating to the impugned order dated 11.09.2024 in Memo No.331/2024/A1 on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal and further direct the fourth respondent to forward the petitioner's family pension proposal for family pension to the second respondent to disburse the family pension to the petitioner with interest within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2. On perusal of the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 11.09.2024 2/5
on the application submitted by the petitioner seeking family pension, the petitioner was directed to produce certain documents such as school certificate, Aadhar card, Voter ID, Ration card and legal heirship certificate of her father. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the communication dated 11.09.2024. This writ petition is devoid of merits and therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner has submitted all those documents and it is pending on the file of the fourth respondent.
3. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to forward the same to the concerned authorities for consideration within a period of two weeks from today. No costs.
