ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge through this petition is to the construction raised by the private respondent on the allegation that the private respondent is re-erecting new building in violation of building laws. This is required to be examined by the local authority.

2. The authority concerned shall examine the complaint and take a decision, one way or the other, in the matter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
