seeking suspension of sentence imposed against the petitioner by the learned Principal Special Court (Special Court for Exclusive trial of Case under POCSO Act), Coimbatore, in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2022 dated 30.05.2025, pending the appeal. Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking suspension of sentence is dismissed as withdrawn.
