3. Considering the submissions of both sides, facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.22038 of 2025, dated 11.09.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Court on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
