ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in FIR registered in Crime No.814 of 2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.814 of 2019 within a period of two months from today.
