ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (amendment) Act 2024 in Crime No.62 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25298 of 2025 on the following reasons:

"5. Considering the huge quantity of liquor bottles recovered from the godown of the petitioner and there is one previous case of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed."

3. The same grounds have been raised for re-appreciation without any change in circumstances. I am not inclined to re-appreciate the grounds once again as it is a clear case of abuse of process, the bail application of the petitioner having been dismissed twice already. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
