This Writ Petition has been filed by Pattukottai Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd., represented by its Special Officer, challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka. No. E/9895/2001 dated 17.07.2002.

2. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly stated that inspite of repeated steps taken, there is no instruction from the petitioner to proceed with the matter.

3. Recording his statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
