ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in C.O.S. No.12 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking a declaration that the settlement deeds dated 21.04.2014 and 13.08.2014 are null and void and for consequential relief of permanent injunction. The petitioner has also prayed for the relief of partition.

3. A perusal of the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit is at the stage of trial. It is seen that the petition filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third defendant was allowed on 10.11.2025 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned for the purpose of filing the amended plaint.

4. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2018 and the same is at the stage of trial, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in C.O.S.No.12 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
