The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got the certified copy of 'A' diary extract and the same will be filed before the Registry today. In view of the same, the dispense with application may be closed.

2. Recording the said statement, the dispense with application is closed. The petitioner is directed to file a certified copy of 'A' diary extract before the Registry.

3. On filing of the same, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is the same is otherwise in order.
