This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.81972 of 2025 filed against Order dated 09.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1499 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Chengelpet.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
