2. If the petitioners 1 to 6 want to file a revision through their Power Agent, it is for them to file appropriate application seeking to recognise the power. Infact, it is brought to the notice of this Court already a petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to recognise power and the same is not yet numbered.

3. The Registry is directed to number the petition for recognise the power and list the same for hearing on 12.01.2026.

4. As far as the present petition is concerned, the appropriate application in this type of cases is the petition to recognise the power and therefore, the civil miscellaneous petition to accept the cause title is dismissed as unnecessary.
