Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner retirement benefits Rs.22,30,025/- with statuary interest Rs.7,35,908/- a total sum of Rs.29,65,933/- together with unpaid salary from 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2022 and medical leave salary and bonus of Rs.1,37,788/- with grant total of Rs.31,03,721/- from the date of retirement i.e.30.06.2022 till the payment is made with statutory interest 10% by considering the petitioner detailed representation dated 12.09.2025 within stipulated time fixed by this 1/4

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner retirement benefits Rs.22,30,025/- with statuary interest Rs.7,35,908/- a total sum of Rs.29,65,933/- together with unpaid salary from 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2022 and medical leave salary and bonus of Rs.1,37,788/- with grant total of Rs.31,03,721/- from the date of retirement i.e.30.06.2022 till the payment is made with statutory interest 10% by considering the petitioner detailed representation dated 12.09.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 12.09.2025 to the respondents seeking retirement benefits and unpaid salary, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025 and to pass appropriate 2/4

orders, within a reasonable time frame.

3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of.
