ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.10.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the rectification in the measurements in Patta Nos.224 and 215 that has been issued by the 3 rd respondent, with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.S.Inthu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of he case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 08.10.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and issue appropriate proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
