The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate order by calculating the arrears of salary as Headmaster after deducting salary as Teacher with effect from 01.06.1992 and other consequential pension benefits with effect from 31.03.2000 at an early date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. I heard Mr.G.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Rajaperumal, Special Government Pleader for respondents 1,4,5 and M/s.Sunanda Suresh for respondents 2 and 3 appearing for the respondents.

3. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate that the arrears of salary as well as consequential benefits has already been given to the petitioner and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the register of Treasury. Hence, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
