ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2025 for cancellation of patta that was issued in the name of the fifth respondent. 2.Heard Mr.Manibarathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Since the appeal/revision has not been filed before the appropriate authority under the Patta Pass Book Act, it is left open to the petitioner to file a fresh appeal/representation/revision before the concerned authority and on 2/5

receipt of the same, concerned RDO/DRO shall conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties concerned and final orders shall be passed, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh appeal/representation/revision from the petitioner.
