When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent was executed by the respondent Police. Therefore, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
