This criminal original petition is filed to direct the respondent police to expedite investigation and file a final report in Crime No.362 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate within a time frame fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.362 of 2024 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
