This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 631 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in Spl. S.C.No. 167 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 631 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
