ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to pass final order on the disciplinary proceedings dated 19.02.2025 initiated by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/2025/A1/ 114875 relying on the enquiry report dated 04.04.2025 submitted by the enquiry officer and consequently to direct the third respondent to regulate the period of suspension as duty for all purpose without reference to the criminal case dated 25.01.2025 registered against the petitioner by the Sriperumpudur Police in Crime No.43/2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings which was initiated as against the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
