2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court permitted the appellant to take paper publication on 08.12.2025 in any one of the Tamil Dailies circulated within the locality of the respondent, for hearing on 09.12.2025.
