ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for payment of 5th installment passed in the order dated 21.04.2025 in W.P.No.13773 of 2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 21.04.2025 directed the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs.18,23,590/- in 12 equal monthly installments. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner was making the payment regularly for four installments, however, due to business problem, the petitioner could not pay the fifth and sixth installments and further submitted that the fifth and sixth installments will be paid within a period of one week. 3.The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded. 4.The petitioner is directed to pay the seventh installment as per the schedule and is further directed to pay the current consumption charges along with balance installments.
