ORDER
The petitioner herein, who had jumped bail in a murder case has been absconding for nearly 7 years and the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

Crl.OP.No.31036 of 2025 rna 13.07.2018 and the same was executed only on 12.06.2025 and due to his long abscondence, the case is still in PRC stage in P.R.C.No.23 of 2013.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having 42 previous cases, out of which 19 cases are grievous in nature. This case is still in PRC stage in P.R.C.No.23 of 2013, due to his non appearance no progress in this case.
3. Considering the facts, the previous antecedents of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that there is no change of circumstances, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
