ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further extension of the time by one week to furnish sureties as ordered by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28074 of 2025.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the 1/4

learned counsel for the petitioners that already the petitioners 1 to 3 have regularly complied with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28074 of 2025 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation". Hence, the learned counsel prays to grant further time to the fourth petitioner alone to comply with the condition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed. As far as the petitioners 1 to 3 are concerned, no further orders are required. In so far as the fourth petitioner namely Anwardeen Ismail is concerned, time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28074 of 2025.
