ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass suitable orders by correcting the mistake in the revenue records which reflects the subject property as a "Government Poramboke land" instead of Ryotwari manai, as per the letter of the 3rd respondent dated 20.12.2024 and for a further direction to issue joint patta in the name of the petitioner and his wife with respect to the subject property.
2.
Heard Mr.Tamizavel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for respondent.
3.
The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in WP No.15279 of 2024 and this writ petition was disposed of by issuing direction to the 3rd respondent on 13.06.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that the same was not acted upon and the representation made by the petitioner also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.
4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the communication of the 3rd respondent dated 2012.2024 issued to the 1st respondent, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
