This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 84 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in Crl.A.No. 533 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 setting aside the conviction made in C.C.No. 2973 of 2021 dated 09.08.2023 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.V. Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 84 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
