Writ Miscellaneous petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to clarify it earlier orders dated 13.02.2025 and 26.02.2025 by directing the respondent to issue a fresh Gazette Publication stating that V.Swarna Naatchu and Swarna Naatchu.V is the same person whose name was modified as VL.SWARNA NATCHU and V.MOHAN PERUMAL and MOHAN PERUMAL V is the same person whose name was modified as MOHAN PERUMAL VL and consequently direct all Public Authorities to effect name change as per the fresh Gazette Notification to be issued as per the directions of this Honble Court and pass.

ORDER

This petition is filed for clarification, since, even with reference to the directions in the order, some clarification is needed. Hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, this WMP.No.48496 of 2025 in W.P.No.4735 of 2025 is allowed.

3. The respondent is directed to issue a fresh Gazette publication which shall state that V.Swarna Naatchu and Swarna Naatchu.V is the same person whose name was modified as VL.SWARNA NATCHU and V.MOHAN PERUMAL and MOHAN PERUMAL V is the same person whose name was modified as MOHAN PERUMAL VL and consequently, all the public authorities concerned shall take note of the name change and shall effect the name change as per the fresh Gazette Notification. 11-11-2025 mpl To 1.The Assistant Director, (publishing)
