This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 710 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in Spl. S.C.No. 16 of 2023 dated 22.08.2024 on the file of Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 710 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
