This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 94 days in represent the above said Criminal Revision petition against the dismissal order passed by the learned Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.466 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 94 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
