Judgment Suit filed by the plaintiff herein for a recovery of a sum of Rs.2,50,00,000/- with future interest at 24% from the date of the plaint till the date of realization.

2. When the Suit came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Plaintiff stating that the matter has been Settled out of Court and he has made an endorsement in the Plaint stating, "that the Suit has been Settled out of Court and hence the matter may be disposed as settled out of Court".
