This petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title by permitting the petitioner to maintain the appeal with the surviving petitioner/appellants, since the 1st petitioner-Kuttiyammal died.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The petitioners are permitted to maintain the appeal with surviving petitioners/appellants.
