ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 2nd respondent to expedite the Appeal pending in No. 2207/ Po.1/ 2024 preferred by the petitioner vide his Appeal petition dated 10.03.2025 and to dispose of the same within any time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal pending in No. 2207/Po.1/2024, preferred by the petitioner vide his appeal petition dated 10.03.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting an enquiry and affording the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
