This petition is filed praying to permit the petitioner to effect paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily Newspaper in Tirunelveli District for the appearance of the 2nd respondent in the Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this court is inclined to order substituted service to the 2nd respondent by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily Newspaper in Tirunelveli District. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the petioner is directed to take paper publication by 15.12.2025.
