13.10.2025 as directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 26.11.2025 to the credit of S.T.C.No.579 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Judge(JM), Tiruchengode, Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that he has not borrowed any amount from the respondent; that he is not liable to pay any amount to the respondent and prayed to modify the condition imposed by this court.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Upon hearing the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no ground for modification in the order passed by this court on 13.10.2025. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
