Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of Mrs.S.Mubeena, Secondary Grade Teacher, (RLT), in the Petitioner School w.e.f. 01.04.2022, by sending her for six months certificate (Bridge) course at National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to dispose the proposal sent by the Page No.2 of 4
petitioner seeking approval of appointment of Regional Language Teacher, after giving an opportunity of hearing to parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
