ORDER

This application has been filed under Order 14 Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules and Order XXI Rule 52 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to direct the respondents to make full and final disclosure on affidavit stating all movable and immovable assets and other means as provided under Order XXI Rule 41(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and consequently to direct the arrest and detention in Civil prison of the respondents inter alia under Order XXI Rule 41(3) of Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Heard Ms.Priscilla Carolyn, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant.

3. In the connected execution petitions, the judgment debtor has already filed affidavit of assets in Application No.6257 of 2025 in E.P.No.145 of 2025, the same affidavit of assets can be construed as affidavit of assets in this application also.

4. Accordingly, this Application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
