ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11596 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent

to complete the investigation in Crime No.212 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.212 of 2018 and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.302 of 2025 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act, Chengalpattu. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
