ORDER

This Court by its order dated 09.04.2025 issued a direction to the respondent to pay the current wages to the petitioner on par with his juniors within a period of four weeks. However, the same has not been complied with. Hence, the present Contempt Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 09.04.2025, vide order dated 03.11.2025, the petitioner's current wages was fixed on par with his juniors from the date of his reinstatement ie., 06.01.2022. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience. The above statement is taken on record. 3.It is seen that on 03.11.2025, the petitioner's current wages was fixed on par with his juniors from the date of his reinstatement, however, the petitioner is not entitled for any back-wages. 4.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
