ORDER
This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.20054 of 2025 passed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate appeared on behalf of the Respondents submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.20054 of 2025, 3rd Respondent considered the Petitioner's Representation dated 08.04.2025 and passed an order vide Proceedings dated 30.10.2025 bearing Na.Ka.3780/2025/A2, rejecting the request of Petitioner and thereby, 3rd Respondent has duly complied with the Order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.20054 of 2025 passed by this Court. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the Proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent, before this Court.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the Proceedings dated 30.10.2025 issued by the 3rd Respondent, in the manner known to law, if at all Petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
