Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pay the payment of Gratuity amount of Rs.3,61,892/-, Earned leave Salary amount of Rs.2,79,582/- and belated payment of interest amount of provident fund, with applicable interest, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
