ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax or modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5261 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.216 of 2019 dated 15.04.2019 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, a senior citizen, aged about 80 years is facing difficulty in complying the condition in view of his health ailments. From the date of suspension order, he has been appearing regularly before the trial Court. Now he is under close 2/4

medical supervision and is advised to restrict movements. He is unable to move without the aid of others. Hence, prays to relax the condition. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.

4.Considering the fact that petitioner is aged about 80 years having serious health ailments and the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month, is totally relaxed.
