This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the sole accused to enlarge him on bail by suspending the sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.81 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu dated 15.04.2025, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. Since the records have been received and the typed set of papers is also made ready, and the appeal is ripe for arguments, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal.
