This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to amend the Respondent Police as "The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ariyalur District" instead of "The Inspector of Police, Ariyalur Police Station, Ariyalur District" in Crl.O.P.No.27713 of 2025 order dated 17.10.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.27713 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
