JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) Having failed to comply with the conditional order to deposit 50% of the amount mentioned in the order impugned in the Writ Petition, the appellant will not be justified in challenging the same, when admittedly he has not complied with the order till date. 2.There is yet another reason as to why the appeal cannot be entertained. Admittedly, the appellant has filed an application seeking for modification of the conditional order passed on 07.10.2025. Having filed the same before the Writ Court, it would not be desirable to parallelly adjudicate the present appeal also, which also seeks for modification of the order.
