This Habeas Corpus Petition is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in No.Cr.M.P.No.60/Goonda/2025 C1 dated 06.10.2025, is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz., Suki alias Sukirthan, S/o.Manickam, male aged 21 years, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore, is directed to be set at liberty forthwith, unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
