ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2020 and 29.08.2023 and cancel the TSLR standing in the name of the fifth respondent and subsequently issue TSLR in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit on instructions that pursuant to the representations of the petitioner dated 16.10.2020 and 29.08.2023, the fourth respondent has commenced the enquiry on the said representations. He would also submit on instructions that only after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent, the fourth respondent shall pass final orders on the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2020 and 29.08.2023.

3.Learned counsel for the private respondent would submit that the petitioner has no locus standi to give the representations for cancellation of the TSLR, which stands in the name of the fifth respondent. According to the private respondent, since she is the legal owner of the property, supported by valid documents, the petitioner does not have any legal right to seek for cancellation of the TSLR.

4.No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2020 and 29.08.2023 seeking for cancellation of the TSLR standing in the name of the fifth respondent, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire and after giving due consideration to the written objections sent by her to the fourth respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2020 and 29.08.2023 seeking for cancellation of the TSLR standing in the name of the fifth respondent, for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and also any other third party whom the fourth

respondent deems it fit to enquire and after giving due consideration to the written objections sent by her to the fourth respondent, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
