ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. Until the disposal of Criminal Appeal imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 17839 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1011 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.17839 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m. for another period of four months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
