PRAYER: Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer portion as per the schedule of amendment described hereunder: SCHEDULE OF AMENDMENT In the prayer portion of the Affidavit and Writ Petition filed in the above Writ Petition, removing the words:
"Directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation dated on 18.09.2025 and remove the 1 st respondent marking and block in respect of the petitioner's schedule mentioned property in the online registration records and to permit registration and pass any such order as it deemed fit to the justice." replacing by:
"Directing the 1 st respondent to de-flag the property bearing New Door No.26, Old Door No.14, Gulam Mohideen Street, Mount Road, Chennai-2 measuring 65.0 sq.mts (702 sq.ft) comprised in OS No.329, Old RS No.196, New RS No.197/7, Triplicane Village, Mylapore Taluk, Chennai Dist as a wakf property from their records, intimate the same to the 3 rd respondent and consequently issue N.O.C to the petitioner for the proposed sale of the aforementioned property and thus render justice."

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Miscellaneous Petition viz.,W.M.P.No.48866 of 2025.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for amendment on being furnished with a copy of the impugned communication between the Tamil Nadu Waqk Board and the Sub-Registrar, Triplicane Sub Registrar Office, which can be challenged, based on the receipt of documents from Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel for the first respondent. The communication shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
