ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.10.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the revaluation of the Criminology and Penology answer sheets by awarding appropriate marks in the semester exam that was conducted by the respondents on 30.05.2025.

Heard Mr.N.Alagu Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Shiva Shanmugam, learned counsel for respondents. 3.

This Court without going into the merits of the case and without dealing with the issues that were raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, deems it appropriate to direct the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 10.10.2025 and to inform the petitioner about the decision taken, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
